Harika Reddy

Founder of Harika’s Yoga and a certified yoga educator with an M.Sc. in Yoga. She has over 10 years of experience and has trained more than 800 women online. Harika specializes in yoga for hormonal balance, weight loss, and emotional wellness. Her calm, mindful teaching style creates a safe and supportive space for transformation. She blends traditional wisdom with modern guidance to help women heal from within.

Gouthami Reddy

Gouthami brings a burst of energy to every session! Her lively presence keeps students inspired, active, and engaged — whether in group classes or transformation programs. She's known for her sharp eye, motivating spirit, and the way she makes even the toughest flows feel empowering. Our students love her vibrant energy and personal care.
