Harika is a certified yoga instructor with a Master’s degree in Yoga and currently pursuing her Ph.D. She specializes in helping women heal naturally through yoga, focusing on hormonal balance, stress relief, and overall wellness. With her expertise, she has guided over 800 students toward better health, making yoga simple, powerful, and accessible for every woman.

Its been few months i joined "Harikas Yoga". My morning yoga routine helps me to be active and start my day with positivity. These sessions and diet made my vitamins levels and thyroid normal. Living a healthy lifestyle is something that all look forward for, be it a physical activity or eating habits. ‘Harikas Yoga’ helps us attain both of it. I really appreciate the way Harika guides us through the 1hr session with so much of calmness in her voice and ease us through all the yoga postures. Balancing between work life and exercise, I had to look for other places where I can manage with the time schedule. However, I was never satisfied and comfortable doing it. I had to join back just for Harika. That’s the power she has with her classes. Never have I ever enjoyed any classes as she does it. Glad I’m back to her sessions. Would highly recommend her classes if you’re looking for the perfect yoga teacher. 😇
