Just like you practice yoga or any other physical exercise at a studio or gym, the same way online yoga classes are conducted and they are as effective at home as they can be done elsewhere. Our Instructors will provide you with full guidance and correct every posture over an online session just the way they will if you are physically attending one.

If you have decided to practice yoga at home then you don’t need any fancy equipment or expensive pair of clothes to get started. Wear anything you feel comfortable in. Find a calm place to sit and practice, probably somewhere with ventilation of fresh air, and get yourself a yoga mat with some cushioning as it would help you from slipping while performing certain postures.
