Hi, I’m Harika Reddy, a passionate yoga instructor with over 10 years of experience in guiding women toward holistic health and emotional well-being. I hold a Master’s degree in Yoga (MSc Yoga) and have trained more than 800 students online across the globe.

My journey began with a simple goal — to help women heal and thrive through the ancient science of yoga. Over the years, I’ve specialized in offering online yoga classes for hormonal balance, PCOD, thyroid health, weight loss, prenatal and stress management.
